If you’ve already submitted a lead for a replacement request, please check the steps below to see how to review the status of a submitted lead replacement.
- You will need to be logged in to your Leads Near You account to be able to review the status of a lead replacement request. You can log in to your account 👉 HERE
- Once logged in select “My Leads” from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
- From here select “Refund Status” from the dropdown menu.
- From this screen, you’ll see your active refund request to the right. Be sure to select your desired date range from the date selector.
- There are three refund statuses. Approved, Declined & Pending.
