How to check the status of a lead replacement request?

If you’ve already submitted a lead for a replacement request, please check the steps below to see how to review the status of a submitted lead replacement. 

 

  1. You will need to be logged in to your Leads Near You account to be able to review the status of a lead replacement request. You can log in to your account 👉 HERE 
  2. Once logged in select “My Leads” from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
  3. From here select “Refund Status” from the dropdown menu.
  4. From this screen, you’ll see your active refund request to the right. Be sure to select your desired date range from the date selector.
  5. There are three refund statuses. Approved, Declined & Pending.
