What qualifies a lead for replacement?

Leads Near You understands that there may be instances where a lead replacement is necessary. That’s why we allow 2 lead replacements per every 10 leads received.
To request a lead replacement the lead must meet the below criteria.
Bad Contact Info
(A)  If the lead contact information is incorrect; Not the decision-maker.
i.e. bad phone number [Disconnected] or the email provided is no longer in use [Email Bounce Back].
Exclusive | Not Listed on the MLS
(B) If the lead is listed on MLS when the lead is delivered to the Partner.
Incorrect Dwelling Type
(C) The Property is not the type of dwelling sought by the Partner for purchase.
Incorrect County / Area
(D) The property is outside of your desired county/zip code list provided at sign up.
