Once you are signed up you will have access to your customer portal, in the portal you can click the “My Leads” tab. Then select the date range that you would like to review. Please note the date range defaults to the current day’s date.
Yes you can, in order to update, add or stop a county, you will need to email contact@webuyhomesnearyou.com or log in to your support portal and submit a ticket.
Once a lead comes in and is matched to your account, you will be notified via email and SMS text to the number (s) and email (s) you provided at the time of sign up.
The way account billing works is you fund the account in increments of $1,000, each time the account balance is exhausted below the cost of your lowest lead, it will automatically bill $1,000 again. With the account limits we can stick to your specified marketing budget.
To regain access to your account portal, please email contact@webuyhomesnearyou.com or log in to your support portal and submit a ticket.
You can pause your account at any time within your customer portal…This will pause your lead flow and if you pause throughout the month, this terminates your guaranteed monthly minimum.

ou may request to cancel your account by emailing contact@webuyhomesnearyou.com with the subject “Cancel my account” and a representative will follow up.

Our system has an open API so we have the ability to connect with any CRM. This will require some technical knowledge from you or someone on your team.
We generate our leads using a method we coined Omni PPC. We utilize all online traffic sources to drive sellers and buyers to one of our many cash for home or agent sites. All the customers opt in and submit their own info via one of our online forms.

We minimally deliver the seller’s first & last name, email address, phone number, street address, postal code, city, state, property type and MLS listing status. We do ask about asking price, motivation and moving time frame although these are optional fields. You will receive these details if they are inputted.

During the setup process, we can add up to 6 notification types to receive the texts and emails.
