STEP 1: Kick-Off & Discovery

You’ll first receive a brand onboarding questionnaire. This will go over the details needed for us to use to understand the brand and project scope.

The Leads Near You team then hosts an initial meeting with each client to discuss the scope of the project, including platforms and channels, goals, target audience, existing brand strategies, and more.

In this meeting, our digital strategist – who leads the project – will gather the necessary information to conduct in-depth competitor research. Our objective is to come away with a clear vision on how we can refresh your design for the new site.

STEP 2: Website Concept

Using your brand onboarding questionnaire and what we’ve learned about your company we begin by researching areas and opportunities to differentiate the overall experience we want your customers and or potential clients to have. Once we have sourced enough inspiration and have several design concepts in mind, we will begin developing your mockups.

STEP 3: Design Process

There are thousands of themes available for you to choose from as a starting point for your website. Our team of Shopify website designers can work with you to select a suitable option, and tailor your theme so it perfectly represents your vision.

After deciding on the new look for the website, we will start on the design plan for the major pages for your site.

STEP 4: Webpage Mockup

At Leads Near You, we won’t start building a website before mockups are completed and approved. A mockup will provide you with an explicit representation of what you can expect to see minus the animations and technical integrations. The result is a static map of the website.

Once the mockups are approved, we can start to work on the development process where our developer will make your mockups come to life.

STEP 5: Development

Once your designs have been signed off, our Shopify web developers will get to work creating your store. Working closely with you and your project manager, our web development team will make your website a reality. We provide full Shopify development services so as well as apps available in the store, we also have a team of Shopify builders and developers who can create features and elements bespoke to your own website.

STEP 6: Quality Assurance

STEP 7: Launch & Optimization

We present you a first draft of the new Shopify website. We will take careful notes of any feedback and changes you request. We complete all the revisions you requested and let you review the site for final approval. Once approved, we set up a training session with you to teach you how to operate the back end of your new Shopify site, add email addresses, and change content on the site. We provide you with login credentials, and your site goes live!
