How do I request a lead replacement?

You may request a lead replacement on a lead within 5 days from the date that you receive the lead. The lead-in question must qualify for a refund by meeting the necessary criteria.

 

If a lead meets the requirements for replacement, please see the below steps on how to submit a lead for replacement:

 

  1.  Navigate to the Leads near You Partner Portal by logging in 👉   Here with your account credentials.
  1. After you have logged in, click on My Leads from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
  1. Then, select Request Refund from the dropdown menu.
  1. From here you will be able to view a list of all your leads that are eligible for a refund request.
  1. Next, locate the lead ID in question.
  1. Select a Refund Reason from the dropdown selections and then enter a Detailed Description as to why you are requesting a replacement.
  1. Once you are ready to submit, select the Money Symbol to the right of the desired lead under the header label Action.

 

Once you submit the request the Leads Near You Support Team will be notified and we will process the refund request as necessary.
