Below is a brief overview of how a lead is handled:

 

Step 1: The Opt-In

 

  • All our Motivated sellers are opt-in leads, meaning they are digitally raising their hand saying, “I want to sell my home for cash”
  • They find one of the 100+ cash for homesites we work with by searching Google for a variety of keywords, i.e. “I need to sale my house fast” or “I want a cash offer for my home”.

 

Step 2: The Submission

  • Upon landing on one of the cash-for-home sites, they will be prompted to submit a form, they are informed this is so a “local” real estate investor may reach out to make them an all-cash offer for their property.
  • The seller inputs their address, contact info, etc… and submits their info for one of our investors (you) to receive the lead.

 

Step 3: The Match

  • After the form is submitted, the lead is verified and sent to our system immediately. Once it hits our system, it will then begin searching for a match in that county, structure type, etc…
  • If all the criteria required are met, then the lead is delivered to the investor in that specified area.

 

Step 4: The Delivery

  • The lead is then delivered within seconds and you will be their first point of contact as if you owned the cash for the home site. We can also integrate with your real estate CRM to deliver the leads directly there.

 

  • The lead is delivered to the delivery methods you provide at the time of signup. This can be a mix of up to 6 emails or phone numbers.
